MEET RENE REED

TRAINING, PERFORMANCE, AND RECOVERY - ALL WITH PURPOSE.

Rene Reed is a health and fitness professional with over 10 years of experience helping clients improve strength, movement, and overall wellness. He earned a bachelor's degree in kinesiology from Louisiana State University before becoming a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. In an effort to continue his education and provide a more holistic health experience for his clients, Rene later became licensed in massage therapy. After attending Unitech Training Academy,  Rene received further training in Thai stretch, sports massage, lymphatic drainage and myofascial decompression

At Renegade Fitness, recovery is not an extra - it is part of the process. Body work services are designed to help reduce tension, improve mobility, support performance, and keep your body ready for both training and everyday life. Rene's background in both fitness and massage therapy allows him to take a more holistic approach to helping clients feel and function at their best.

Services include Swedish Relaxation Massage, Deep Tissue Maintenance, Total Therapeutic Treatment, Thai Stretch, Rapid Neurofascial Reset, Lymphatic Drainage, Cup Therapy, and Chair Massage.
